How posting works?

How can you post a problem?


You have to login to post a problem. The problem should be related to a computer programming language or software. There are four simple steps to post the problem:

  1. Register and Login.
    Go to the homepage by clicking here. Register by entering your email and clicking on 'Register'. An email with your password will be sent to you.
  2. Click on the "Post a new problem" link in the navigation bar.
    In the navigation bar, bring your mouse on the 'Problems'. You will see a dropdown menu that has a tab 'Post a new problem'. Click on it.
  3. Enter the problem details with appropriate price.
    Enter the title and description of the problem in the message box. On the right side, enter an appropriate price, the deadline, and an attachment (if applicable) to have a better understanding of the problem.

    Price: The price is the cost to solve the problem. The price has to be either 0 or greater than 2 dollars, and it has to be an integer (no cents) such as 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,... and so on.
    Message/Details: Should include enough information and details to help understand the problem without opening an attachment.
    Software options: Photoshop, Gimp, Window movie maker, Imovie, Matlab, Autocad, Mathematica, Maya, Macromedia flash.
    Programming languages: C/C++, C#, Html, Mysql, Postgres, Php, Python, CSS, Java, Javascript, Ruby.
    If the programming language or software required to solve the problem is not in the list, choose "other" as the option.
  4. Click on the 'post problem' button and make sure that the problem details are correct.
